Refunds

Card payments are not taken in the app yet. If you paid a host directly and cannot play, ask that host. When in-app checkout is switched on, refunds will follow the game’s own rules and will be shown before you pay.

If that doesn’t sort it out, email bounceupappsupport@gmail.com with the game name and date.
